INTRODUCING THE THURSDAY SESSION

We’re super excited to announce our brand-new Thursday Sessions, designed to give young dancers more ways to explore movement, build confidence, and have a blast in the studio. Whether your child is just starting out or already has a few classes under their belt, these sessions are packed with energy, creativity, and real dance expertise.
Our Thursday classes introduce two fresh styles: Lyrical / Contemporary and Jazz Technique. These styles bring something different from our existing DYNAMIX and URBAN sessions. Think of it as a chance to stretch, flow, and move with expression, while also mastering the technical skills that make a dancer shine.
FLOW for 5–7 year olds is all about free-flowing movement and exploring different ways to express music through the body. Kids will dive into Lyrical and Contemporary in the first half of the class, learning how to connect with music, explore emotion, and move fluidly across the floor. The second half is focused on Jazz Technique, giving young dancers the tools to develop strength, coordination, and style. It’s the perfect combination of creativity and skill-building in a supportive, fun environment.
PULSE for 8–12 year olds takes this to the next level. Older dancers will explore more complex combinations and choreography, blending the artistry of Lyrical and Contemporary with the precision and flair of Jazz Technique. Each session is designed to challenge, inspire, and develop dancers in a way that feels energetic but approachable, keeping the focus on learning, fun, and expression.
All classes are taught by pro dancers currently performing on stage and screen, so every session brings real-world experience straight to the studio. Your child will not only learn the latest moves and techniques but also see firsthand what it takes to perform at a professional level.
