ABOUT THIS SESSION

FLEX SENIOR is for ages 13+ who want to push their style, sharpen their technique, and explore the blend of Street Jazz and Lyrical Jazz. This class combines the edge and rhythm of street with the flow and expression of lyrical, creating choreography that feels powerful, dynamic, and performance-ready. Every session is led by pro dancers actively working in the industry. These are performers you’ll see on stage and screen, bringing real-world experience, energy, and insight straight into the studio. The session is split into two parts: Part 1: 45 minutes of Street Jazz Part 2: 45 minutes of Lyrical Jazz Join us and level up your training with FLEX SENIOR.
